  • Subscription model change:
    TacticalArbitrage’s subscription model has changed to better align rates to usage. Base subscription rates will not be affected and most users won't be impacted.

  • Customizable Dates in History Charts:
    You can now select a range for price history rather than just the pre-set options.

  • “Select 500” Button: a more user friendly function allowing users to select 500 categories at once:
    You can select the categories at the beginning, or you can select 500 specific categories to customize their search

  • Remove Quantity >1:
    To minimize quantity mismatches (often due to data cleanliness on Amazon), you can now apply a filter to remove multi-pack items.

  • eBay "New Orders with Buyer's Notes Only" option added                                       

By enabling "New Orders with Buyer's Notes Only," you can opt to only receive a New Order notification from ChannelReply if there's a buyer's note with the order.
This means you can avoid being flooded with unwanted order notifications but still get an email every time someone places an order with a note.

  • Amazon Cancellation Data Now Supported:
    Integrate with Amazon's new cancellation system. Messages will now display the Cancel Status field in the Order section, as well as the Cancel Requested and Cancel Reason fields for each product in the order.
    This way, Amazon sellers can tell at a glance whether the customer has cancelled anything from the order and which items were cancelled.

  • Shopify Order Form Tags Documentation:
    If you are interested in setting up the Shopify contact form tags, you can now follow our detailed help doc here without needing to contact support for setup instructions.
  • We've added support for Zoho Desk's Japan data center, meaning all Zoho Desk users can now install and use ChannelReply. Setup instructions for all Zoho Desk users are available here.
  • To match the format used by Back Market, our Back Market subject lines have been updated to begin with the buyer's country code, followed by a spaced hyphen.
