We are pleased to share that we recently acquired ChannelReply to be part of the Threecolts cloud business suite.

ChannelReply is a marketplace-helpdesk integration service that puts all your ecommerce customer service messages in one place, even if you support thousands of brands. You can automate tedious tasks by plugging marketplace data into your helpdesk’s best tools. As well as identify, filter, and organize tickets by brand and marketplace.

  • The Two-Factor Autentication (2FA) feature was released, enabling users to secure their Threecolts account.

  • Fee Protector Bug: We resolved an issue stemming from special characters being included in some SKUs and  preventing them from being included in SellerBench calculations. Measurement discrepancies have now been calculated for those SKUs. 

 

  • Dashboard and Email notification updates: We have updated the SellerBench onboarding process and notification logic to allow users to invite their Case Managers right after they finished linking their Amazon storefronts.

  • Cache Results: Users can now easily keep track of how many of their results are from stored cache information.

  • Zoho Desk integration is now available for EU and Asia regions.
  • Helpscout webhooks are upgraded to v2.
  • Shopify contact form tags. Shopify users can now set an additional unique tag for each contact form in each Shopify store.
