New Features

Guided Search Additional Categories

We have added Grocery and Home Improvement to the Guided Search tool to boost engagement and increase tool utility! These categories can be accessed in the "Guided Search" tab.

Set Scan Max Time:

Users can now set time limits for scans, providing more control over scan minute usage. Access this feature in the Search pages before initiating a scan or adjust in Queued and Scheduled searches in the Search Manager.

Easy Tracking of Minutes Used & Minutes Saved:

Users can now easily monitor scan minute usage and savings on the main TA dashboard, under the "Welcome" tile. These usage statistics include:

  • Scan Minutes, which if clicked will take the user to the page where they can adjust up/down minutes.
  • Scan Minutes Used, which if clicked will show the broken-down list of scans and their minutes used
  • Scan Minutes Saved, which is the total scan time used during the Free Periods. If clicked, it will show the breakdown of scans and minutes they saved

Bug Fix

Text Alerts: Issue with the text alert feature, notifying users of completed TA scans, has been resolved. Enable this feature in the Settings under Notifications.

Smart Repricer

New Features

Onboarding Documentation and In-App Training:

Are you a new user? We’re offering onboarding documentation and in-app training for all users, particularly those unfamiliar with repricing tools.

  • Resources will be sent to all users and integration provided to those with Seller Repricer subscriptions!

Shipping Templates:

Users can now set shipping settings across several products at once with shipping templates, potentially saving FBM sellers significant time.

Reporting:

We've added a reporting function allowing users gain insights through comprehensive store analysis and optimization. Users can download/generate reports on strategies, listings, and competitiveness.

Profit & Analytics:  We’re providing more visibility in your Pay-Per-Click related costs and revenue. Access your new PPC metrics with the Profits Dashboard.

Here’s a breakdown of the metrics:

  • PPC Sales - Revenue from Sales Due to PPC
  • PPC Units Ordered - Total Units Ordered due to PPC
  • TACoS - Total Cost of Advertising vs Total Revenue
  • ACoS - Cost of Advertising vs PPC Revenue

New Features

Preferred Email Address for Walmart Support (Open Beta)

Users can now use their preferred email address for Walmart support via our new email forwarding with custom SMTP feature, addressing a significant pain point for brands.

  • Setup can be complex and users are encouraged to follow this guide: Setup Guide.
  • The feature can be found under ChannelReply > Walmart > click "EDIT" under the Walmart account to update > scroll down to Custom SMTP.

Direct Replies to More Amazon Notifications

ChannelReply now identifies and replaces "do not reply" addresses with customers' Amazon email addresses, allowing direct contact. This is applicable for most notification types. Setup guide is available here.

New Features

Streamlined User Interface:  With this update, users can easily navigate through the platform, providing a more efficient and streamlined experience, automatically updated on your next login.

Profit and Loss Reports: To enhance the financial management of your Amazon store, we have introduced Profit and Loss Reports within the platform. This feature offers a comprehensive view of your financial status, including revenues, costs, and net profit.

Inventory Forecasting: We have added an Inventory Forecasting tool that helps you predict future inventory needs based on your sales history. This tool helps prevent stockouts and excess inventory, optimizing your stock levels and improving your cash flow.

Bug Fix:

  • Delayed Data Sync Issue: Resolved issue with delayed data syncing between Amazon and SellerRunning for more accurate and timely information.
