SellerRunning has introduced a feature that allows users to copy the Tracking ID via an extension.

This feature was developed in response to a request from SellerShipping to enhance their shipment processes and speed up warehouse transactions.

Miscellaneous CR Updates & Improvements:

ChannelReply has made several updates:

  • Improved readability of the Destination Address field on eBay return tickets.
  • Automatic adjustment for Daylight Saving Time based on user-selected time zones.
  • Added a refund data dropdown for regular eBay tickets.

To utilize the new time zones system, users can log in to ChannelReply here and adjust their settings.

Amazon MCF Order Fulfillment for Onsite:

ChannelReply has introduced an integration with Amazon MCF, allowing FBA sellers to ship items from Amazon warehouses to customers on any supported marketplace without leaving their Onsite Support account.

  • To use this feature, customers must have Onsite Support, ChannelReply, and an Amazon FBA account with Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) enabled.

WooCommerce Integration Open Beta:

ChannelReply users can now integrate WooCommerce with their helpdesk without any special requests.

Misc Updates in FeedbackWhiz UI and Backend:

FeedbackWhiz has introduced several updates to its Product Manager, Alerts, and Profits sections.

Some of the notable updates include:

  • Addition of a verified purchase option to the Review Summary request form.
  • Enhanced preview of matched reviews within a specified date range.
  • Improved data display for Dimension Change alerts.
  • These updates can be found in the FBW product manager, FBW Alerts, and FBW profits sections.

FBW Product Manager - Display Message Update:

FeedbackWhiz's Product Manager now displays a tooltip for products with Review monitoring disabled, indicating "Not Monitored".

This feature can be accessed in the FeedbackWhiz Product Manager.
