Seller 365 just split into two bundles. Here’s which one fits your business.
Seller 365 split into two bundles, Reseller and Brands. Here’s what’s new and which one fits your business.
Seller 365 has grown a lot since it launched as a single bundle for Amazon sellers. Along the way, we noticed two very different types of sellers using it: resellers doing arbitrage and wholesale, and brand owners building out private label and multichannel catalogs. One bundle couldn’t serve both groups well, so we split it into two.
Seller 365 is now Seller 365 Reseller and Seller 365 Brands. Both plans got a major addition too: reimbursements are now built into every tier, as well as lost inbound insurance option through our partnership with Assureful. Here’s what changed, what’s included in each bundle, and how to figure out which one is the right fit for your business.
Seller 365 is now Seller 365 Reseller

If you were already on Seller 365, nothing about your toolkit disappeared. It just has a new name: Seller 365 Reseller. Tactical Arbitrage, InventoryLab, SmartRepricer, ScoutIQ, Scoutify, ScoutX, FeedbackWhiz Emails, FeedbackWhiz Alerts, FeedbackWhiz Profits, and InventoryLab Accounting are all still part of the plan.
The bigger change is that Seller 365 Reimbursements now comes with every Reseller tier. FBA sellers lose money constantly to lost inventory, miscalculated fees, botched returns, and shipment discrepancies, often without noticing. Reimbursements audits your account on an ongoing basis, files claims automatically, and works the ones that need a human touch. You only pay a commission when a claim actually gets paid out: 15% on Standard and Teams, 5% on Pro.

Seller 365 Reseller starts at $69/month.
Introducing Seller 365 Brands

Seller 365 Brands is a new bundle built specifically for private label and brand sellers, whose priorities look pretty different from a reseller running arbitrage software. Instead of sourcing tools, Brands packages together the apps that matter most once you own the products you’re selling:
- CedCommerce UniCon for multichannel expansion
- FeedbackWhiz Alerts for monitoring your accounts and listings
- FeedbackWhiz Emails for automating review and feedback requests
- FeedbackWhiz Profits for multi-marketplace profit tracking
- SmartRepricer for automated competitive pricing
Reimbursements is included on every Brands tier too, with the same pay-on-recovery model: 15% commission on Standard and Growth, 5% on Pro. If you’re a private label seller weighing where the biggest opportunities are, this bundle is designed to grow with that side of the business specifically.
Pricing depends on how much UniCon usage you need. Seller 365 Brands starts at $179/month for 1,000 multichannel SKUs and 1,000 orders.
Reimbursements are now standard on every plan
This is the change that affects everyone, regardless of which bundle you’re on.
Amazon makes mistakes constantly: inventory goes missing in fulfillment centers, returns get refunded without the item actually coming back, inbound shipments arrive short, and fees get calculated wrong. Individually, none of that feels urgent. Add it up over a year and it can turn into tens of thousands of dollars sitting with Amazon instead of in your account.
Seller 365 Reimbursements now runs on every plan tier automatically. It audits your FBA account continuously, flags eligible claims, and files them for you. A team of specialists picks up the complex cases that automated systems tend to miss. There’s nothing to pay upfront. Commission only applies to amounts that actually get recovered.

Lost inbound insurance through Assureful
Reimbursements covers a lot of ground, but Amazon’s standard payout for lost inbound inventory only replaces your sourcing cost. Prep fees, shipping, and the margin you were counting on don’t get covered. That gap is why we partnered with Assureful.
With this partnership, Seller 365 users can insure inbound shipments against loss and get paid the difference between what Amazon reimburses and what the inventory was actually worth. When you create a shipment, the data flows automatically into your Reimbursements portal and over to Assureful. If something goes missing, the reimbursements team files with Amazon first. Once that portion is paid, Assureful sends the remainder by ACH. No extra paperwork on your end.
Coverage averages around 0.50% of insured value, and you can choose to insure shipments individually or turn on automatic coverage for everything you send. It’s available to any Seller 365 user managing reimbursements through the platform, on either the Reseller or Brands bundle.
If you’re already a user, head to the Assureful Portal to activate your dashboard. If you’re not on Seller 365 yet, you’ll get access once you sign up for a plan.
Go multichannel with the UniCon add-on
The other big update is that CedCommerce UniCon, the multichannel connector included in Seller 365 Brands, is now available as an add-on for Seller 365 Reseller users too.
UniCon takes the catalog you’ve already built on Amazon, Walmart, or Shopify and lists it across Walmart, TikTok Shop, SHEIN, Temu, eBay, and Target Plus, without rebuilding your listings from scratch. It lets you swiftly cross-list with AI attribute mapping and automatically synchronize inventory and stock levels, and that support is included at every tier.
Before anything goes live, UniCon maps categories, attributes, required fields, and listing rules so nothing gets rejected on a new channel. From there, inventory, pricing, and orders all stay synced across every connected marketplace from one dashboard.
Fulfillment stays connected as well. UniCon supports Amazon MCF and Walmart MCS, so your existing FBA or WFS inventory can fulfill orders coming in from other channels, with real-time inventory sync and automatic tracking updates.
Multichannel expansion tends to cost more than sellers expect, mostly in setup time rather than fees, which is exactly what UniCon is built to cut down on.
The add-on works with all Seller 365 Reseller plans. SKU and order limits vary by tier, starting at 500 SKUs and 500 multichannel orders. If you’re operating past 5,000 SKUs or orders, reach out to sales for custom pricing.
Which bundle actually fits your business?
If most of your business runs on sourcing products to resell, whether that’s online arbitrage, retail arbitrage, wholesale, or book flipping, Seller 365 Reseller is the fit. You keep the sourcing and prep tools you already rely on, plus automatic reimbursements and the option to bolt on multichannel expansion when you’re ready for it.
If you manufacture or own the products you sell and you’re focused on building a brand across multiple marketplaces, Seller 365 Brands is built around that instead. Multichannel listing, repricing, feedback automation, and profit tracking all come bundled from day one, with reimbursements included at no extra setup.
